Please note:

  • However, if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same or another product of your choice (subject to availability).
  • All exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer will be responsible for delivery charges for sending and receiving the exchanged product.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.
